As a professionally trained LMFT, I have served a variety of individuals who need help discovering, transitioning, enriching, and problem solving through life’s challenges.  Such challenges may include depression, anxiety, fear, chronic illness, grief, relationships, marriages, parenting, divorce, adultery, and anger.  People from all walks of life are able to better understand themselves and their world through understanding and validation.How Long Are Sessions?

Therapy sessions are typically 45 to 60 minutes in length.

Most clients attend once a week, though some may come twice weekly depending on individual needs and therapeutic goals.

How Long Does Therapy Last?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer therapy is an organic process. Some clients begin with a specific concern and discover deeper areas for growth and healing over time.

We will work together to find a pace and timeline that feels right for you.

I currently accept the following insurance providers:

I also offer out-of-network services. If your insurance covers out-of-network therapy, I can provide electronic or paper receipts for reimbursement, and I’m happy to help you understand your plan’s guidelines.

How Much Does Therapy Cost?

I charge $160 for a 55-60 minute session without insurance. Insurance premiums vary. If you contact your insurance provider, you can access this information.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) cards

Session fees vary depending on services and financial need. Sliding scale options are available we can discuss these details in our initial conversation.

FSA funds can also be used to purchase therapy sessions.
